I'm Having a Feeling

The sequel to Tron is coming in 2011. I don't know anything about Tron, I don't care about.
But Daft Punk is composing the soundtrack.

This is the poor quality teaser trailer:

It will be 3D and IMax.

Can someone else please get as excited for this as me?

What does this look like to you?

Again, I laughed nicely at this scene from Role Models.

Get it? It looks like a wiener or something....

Like Crazy

Well, I watched Kevin Smith's Zack and Miri Make A Porno.
Certainly, I will agree that it is not very awesome,
yet it had several good moments.
Mostly coming from the actor Justin Long (the "I'm a mac" guy).

He's only in the movie for a couple minutes,
and I want to share 4 seconds:

UPDATE: Plague Dogs...

I have been reading Plague Dogs, the novel by UK native Richard Adams.
In the preface he discusses the geography of the setting around which the story takes place.
It is a region on the west coast of Great Britain called 'The Lake District'.

Conitson is a small town the two dogs pass through.

Unbeknown to many, I plan to take up graduate studies in the UK.
One of the Universities is 150 miles north of the Lake District in Edinburgh.

Here are some of the pictures I found at Panoramio.com of the Lake District:

Neil Young's Blue Ray Collection.

I really must get a hold of this somehow:

Neil Young Archives, Vol. 1: 1963-1972
currently cost 324 dollars on amazon.com.
If you are a friend of mine and you love Neil Young, I suggest we pull our funds together and
buy this collection.

That or someone goes and rips it off from an FYE or Best Buy.
But that's illegal.

ps. You'll all need to buy a Blue Ray player to watch it.
Amazon also has a deal on blue ray players.
If you buy a sony blue ray player you'll also get sweet
buy-one-get-one deal on blue ray movies.

Plague Dogs...

Plague Dogs is a novel written by Richard Adams of the UK in 1977.
Here is a scene from the 1982 animated film adaptation:

I'd suggest buying the book, but that is silly.
Instead, be wise and borrow it from a library.

Is no one safe?

When will people be able to go out at night to shoot a gothic
music video without getting roughed up and thrown into a pond?

It happened again. I laughed.

This is what I saw the second time it happened this year:

It's from Hamlet 2.

I laughed aloud.

I Unexpectedly laugh aloud at this line from The Rocker:

Notice the dude on the left. His expression is kinda funny.

Who would have guess this movie contained the funniest thing
I've heard in the first weeks of 2009.

iTunes might suck....

...So try this.

I'd like to suggest that everyone give Songbird a try.
Songbird is a new music player from Mozilla (famous for Firefox).
It's a genius music player.

My favorite features:
-Concert listings based on the artist in your library.
-Tabbed web browsing like Firefox.
-Change the look of the player
-Easily play Mp3s from music blogs.
-Syncs with Last.fm

If you're yearning for a change in your life download this.
After downloading it, visit this site using Songbird and you'll
see what I meanwhen I say you can easily play Mp3s from
websites.

Five Stars

It's a gift for you!

Below are some of the
five star tracks from my iTunes/Songbird.

Darker My Love - Talking Words

Crystal Castles -Vanished

M83 - Kim and Jesse

The Secret Machines - Have I Run Out

The Knife - High School Poem

Röyksopp
(ft. Karin Dreijer of The Knife)- What Else Is There

Lykke Li - Little Bit (Aether Remix)

Think of it as a do-it-yourself mixtape.
